目的 Purpose
為鼓勵本校研究生赴國外出席國際會議且發表論文，加速研究生對國際專業新知、技術發展及新研究方法之瞭解。

申請資格 Eligibility
【會議日期在115年8月1日前】以本校在學博士班研究生為優先（不含在職專班）；碩士班研究生（不含在職專班）如已獲其他配合款補助，得再提出申請。
【會議日期在115年8月1日後(適用115年2月25日行政會議修正通過之要點】本校在學博士班研究生（不含在職專班）已向國家科學及技術委員會或其他校外單位申請補助者；碩士班研究生（不含在職專班）出席所屬系所提列之頂尖或重要會議且已獲其他配合款補助者。
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
  1. Currently enrolled doctoral students of the University (excluding those in in-service doctoral programs) who have already applied for subsidies from the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) or other external organizations.
  2. Currently enrolled master's students of the University (excluding those in in-service master's programs) who attended top-tier or important conferences listed by their respective departments or institutes, and who have already received other matching funds or subsidies.
申請方式 Application Procedure
  • 申請人應於研究發展處「國立陽明交通大學研究生出席國際會議申請系統」線上填寫申請資料。
  • Applicants shall complete the online application via the "NYCU Application System for Graduate Students Attending International Conferences," managed by the Office of Research and Development (ORD), and upload the electronic files.
     
  • 申請案須於國際會議舉行首日前完成申請，惟當年度12月舉行之會議需於11月30日前完成申請，逾期及資料不齊者得不予受理。
  • Applications must be completed prior to the first day of the international conference. However, applications concerning conferences held in December must be submitted by November 30 of the current year. Late applications or those with incomplete documentation will not be accepted.
     
審查原則 Review Principles
  • 每篇論文以獎勵一人發表為限。
  • Each research paper is eligible for subsidizing one presenter only.
  • 申請人在同一會計年度（每年一月一日至十二月三十一日）以獎勵一次為原則。
  • In principle, each applicant may be granted the subsidy only once within the same fiscal year (from January 1 to December 31).
  • 各申請案之積分標準及獎學金額度另訂審查細則，經研發常務委員會議通過後實施。
  • The grading standards and scholarship allocation metrics for each application shall be stipulated separately in the detailed review rules, which will be implemented upon approval by the ORD Steering Committee.
審查會議時間暫定：115/6/10(三)、115/7/22(三)、115/9/2(三)、115/10/14(三)、115/11/11(三)、115/12/2(三)
Tentative Review Meeting Dates for 2026 :June 10, 2026 (Wednesday), July 22, 2026 (Wednesday), September 2, 2026 (Wednesday), October 14, 2026 (Wednesday), November 11, 2026 (Wednesday),  December 2, 2026 (Wednesday)
