[ITSC]According to the Cyber Security Management Act, faculty and staff should receive cybersecurity education and training.
As our school's information security responsibility level is classified as level B, according to the requirements of Regulations on Classification of Cyber Security Responsibility Levels under the Cyber Security Management Act:
Managers and general users : Each year, each person shall receive the general cyber security education training for not less than three hours.
Information personnel other than full-time cyber security personnel (such as: network administrators, information center staff, system managers, and department cyber security contact people) : Each personnel shall receive the cyber security professional program training or the cyber security competence training for not less than three hours every two years and receive general cyber security education training for not less than three hours each year.
Full-time cyber security personnel : Each personnel shall receive the cyber security professional program training or the cyber security competence training for not less than twelve hours each year.
Faculty and staff can complete the education and training through the following online platforms, or participate in other information security-related courses:
NYCU portal => E3@NYCU => Resource =>「資訊安全與個資保護教育訓練課程」.Watch the instructional videos and complete the assessment. After passing the assessment with a score of 70 points or higher, learning hours can be obtained.
「e等公務園學習平台」. You can choose between a general cyber security course or a professional cyber security course.

For courses not organized by ITSC, relevant attendance certificates must be upload to the system.
Method for Uploading: NYCU Portal => Information Technology Service Center => Department Information Management System =>「登記個人訓練紀錄」.
