We know that many of you are anxiously watching from afar, your hearts burdened with worry for your loved ones and the uncertainty of what lies ahead. In this moment of hardship, please remember—you are not alone. No matter how far you are from home, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University is here for you, standing beside you, ready to be your strongest pillar of support.

If you need to return home, we will follow the Ministry of Education’s guidelines and provide flexible learning arrangements, including excusing absences from attendance records, offering remedial teaching, and implementing diverse assessment methods. Our Office of Academic Affairs, faculty mentors, and instructors will work with you to adjust your coursework, ensuring your studies are not disrupted and allowing you to focus on coping with this unexpected event.
