Founding Objectives
The Residential Services Unit of Yang Ming Jiaotong University was established with the mission of providing a good and safe living environment for our students, encouraging interpersonal skills and independence through residence life, with the hope that the unit can provide quality residential services to our students and at the same time help them create memories of their lives on campus.

Responsibilities
1.
Maintenance and repair of software and hardware facilities in student dormitories on the Yang Ming campus.2.
Receive and manage applications for semester, summer and waitlist beds in student dormitories on the Yang Ming campus.3.
Assisting in the implementation of dormitory self-governance.4.
Order management and safety maintenance of the dormitories.5.
Management and utilization of dormitory income and expenditure.
