- Notice：To keep the habitation in good quality of the rooms for Dorm 11 after it is renovated, a cleaning maintenance fee of $250/per semester must be charged, which is included along with the housing fee for Dorm 11, and the new increase is applied to the starting first-semester residence fee of the 2024 academic year.
As regards the cleaning schedule, scopes of the operating items and notes to follow to the residents are—
- Cleaning operations are carried out during the summer vacation every year, and the cleaning work for the entire building is completed within 10 days. The detailed schedule will be announced by the Housing Center that year.
- Cleaning items include floors, windows, window frames, desks, bookshelves, wardrobes (outside surface), air-conditioning filters, etc.
- Resident students do not need to move during cleaning, but they must avoid obstructing the cleaning operation. During the cleaning period, personal belongings must be packed in the closet and locked following the announced schedule by the Housing Center. Large items such as mattresses must be properly rolled up and wrapped by themselves. The Housing Center is not responsible for their storage.
