■ Job Description
We are seeking motivated fresh graduates to join us in the field operations of Bitcoin mining and solar power plants. Main responsibilities include:

• Daily management and maintenance of Bitcoin mining equipment, including miners, network devices, and cooling systems
• Troubleshooting common miner issues to improve operational efficiency
• Assisting in on-site asset management to ensure equipment security and inventory control
• Operation and maintenance of solar power plants, including power generation monitoring, regular inspections, equipment maintenance, solar panel cleaning, and vegetation control within the premises

■ Requirements

• Fresh graduates in Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Proficient in using computers and basic IT systems
• Basic knowledge of circuits and electrical systems
• Able to communicate in both Chinese and English
• Possess a valid driver’s license

■ Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: JPY 220,000 (JPY 200,000 during probation period)
• Business Trip Allowance: JPY 10,000 per day (to the U.S., Australia, Indonesia, etc.)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Holidays: Weekends and Japanese national holidays
