- All residents (domestic and international students), except those first-year undergraduates who are residing at Dorm 7, Dorm 12, and Chuhsuan Dormitory, will be able to remain in their original rooms during winter vacation neither additional charge nor registration.
- Those who want to cancel their housing for the second semester must come to the 2nd Housing Center starting Dec. 16 to complete the necessary checkout paperwork, and then move out of the dorm before 12 noon on Jan. 9, 2025(clear out personal belongings and return the room key to the dorm manager). Failure to follow the required process before the specified date as mentioned above will be charged the dorm fee of $200 on a daily basis from Jan. 10, 2025 until it is done.
