📌 Eligibility Criteria:

1. Master’s and doctoral graduates of the current or immediately preceding academic year. (Graduating in Academic Year 113 or 114)
2. An average academic score of 80 or above for each semester during graduate study, and employment in Taiwan in scientific research or technology-related work (excluding postdoctoral research).

📌 Application Procedures: 
Students shall submit complete application documents to ICST. Following review and nomination by the College meeting, the University will collectively submit the selected applications to the CTCI Foundation. ICST is allocated one quota only.
📌 Required documents：

1. Basic information 
   • Original Department or Institute Nomination Form* 
   • Application form 
   • One copy each of both sides of the Taiwan Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) and the passport photo page 
   • Proof of graduation (diploma or certificate of expected graduation) 
   • Proof of employment in Taiwan 
2. Original official transcripts for all semesters of graduate study * 
3. Career development plan (may be written in Chinese or English) 
4. Itemized statement of outstanding achievements during study 
   • Major publications
   • Projects, research programs, and coding-related works
   • Certificates, awards, patents, etc. 
   • Chinese-language proficiency 
   • Other supporting materials 
5. Successfully matched for employment through the “CTCI Foundation International Students Online Job Matching Platform”
