最近天氣炎熱，是不是也開始為找個舒適溫馨的窩傷腦筋了呢？
別擔心，住服組特別為大家準備了兩份超實用的「租屋寶典」，希望能幫助大家輕鬆找到心儀的租屋處喔！
首先是內政部不動產資訊平臺提供的「租金統計資料」(下方附件)，
以及審計部發布的「113年10月份民間租屋網刊登出租物件行情」(下方附件)。這就像是提前做功課，租房時更有效率！
不管你是想找獨立套房、分租雅房，還是和三五好友一起合租整層住家，建議大家在看房前，
都參考一下這兩份資料，這樣不僅能更精準地掌握租金預算，也能避免踩到雷喔！

The weather has been really hot lately—are you also starting to worry about finding a cozy and comfortable place to stay?
Don’t worry! The Housing Services Section has specially prepared two super useful “Rental Guides” to help you easily find your ideal place!
The first is the “Rental Statistics Data” provided by the Ministry of the Interior’s Real Estate Information Platform (see attachment below),
and the second is the “Rental Market Listings from Private Housing Websites, October 2024” released by the Audit Office (see attachment below).
Think of these as doing your homework in advance, so you can rent more efficiently!
Whether you’re looking for a studio, a shared room, or a whole apartment with a few friends, we recommend checking out these two sets of data before you start house hunting.
This way, you’ll be able to set a more accurate rental budget and also avoid potential pitfalls!
